The services provided by Hangzhou Benru Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Benru") under this agreement refer to the platforms operated or provided by Benru, including but not limited to mobile applications, websites, WeChat platforms, and mini-programs, and encompass the platform you are currently using.
We attach great importance to protecting your privacy. Before using our services, please read and fully understand this agreement, and make the choices you deem appropriate.
References to "Benru," "FloraSnap," and "we" in this agreement all refer to Hangzhou Benru Network Technology Co., Ltd. References to "user" and "you" refer to users who voluntarily accept this agreement.
I. Please Keep Your Account and Password Information Safe
1. If you discover that your account is being used illegally by others, you should notify Benru immediately. Benru shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of your account or password resulting from force majeure (including hacking, computer viruses, system instability, etc.), fraud by third parties, or your active disclosure or negligent safekeeping.
2. If you decide to no longer use our products and/or services, you may stop using them or deactivate your account.
II. How We Collect Your Personal Information
When you use our products and/or services, we will collect information that you actively provide or that is generated as a result of using the services in the following ways, in order to provide services to you, optimize our services, and protect the security of your account.
1. When you register and log in to our products, to facilitate registration using methods such as mobile phone numbers, WeChat, or QQ, the system may perform third-party authentication via WeChat and require you to authorize the use of your personal information (including but not limited to mobile phone numbers, WeChat accounts, WeChat nicknames, location, and other personal information).
2. When you use specific products and/or services, in order to provide those products and services to you, you may further provide us with information such as your contact details, questions and answers, expanded corpus, intents, knowledge graphs, and lexicons. If you do not use these specific products and services, you do not need to provide such information.
3. When you use specific products and/or services, in order to enable you to share content to Weibo through our products, the system may collect your device identifiers (such as IMEI, MAC address, etc.) and software installation lists.
4. When you use our products and/or services, we may use browser web storage mechanisms (including HTML5) and application data caching to collect information on your device and store it locally.
5. When you use our products and/or services, to ensure a smooth user experience, the system may track error information and collect your device identifiers (such as IMEI/MAC/Android ID/IDFA/OpenUDID/GUID/SIM card IMSI/IP/geolocation), network information, location information, and full network access permissions.
6. When you use our products and/or services, to provide you with message push services, the system may collect your device identifiers (such as MAC address, unique device identifier, hardware serial number), network information, location information, and full network access permissions.
7. Based on our cooperation with telecommunications carriers, when you use the "One-Click Login" feature, with your consent, we will use the functions provided by the carrier to use the mobile phone number on your device as your registration and login account, without password or dynamic verification code verification, to provide you with a fast registration and login service. If you do not wish to use the "One-Click Login" feature, you can register and log in to FloraSnap through other methods.
8. The third parties and/or terminals used to achieve the above service purposes are listed below. You may review the privacy policies and authorization requirements of these third parties through their respective privacy policies.
